Exchanges

Unworn merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Returned items need to be in their original condition, unworn, and safely packed.

All shipping costs will be applied to exchanged items. Please note, Julie LoRusso is not responsible for lost, uninsured, or damaged items.

 Repairs

Julie LoRusso strives to provide the highest level of service, and quality construction. If a piece breaks from normal wear and tear within the first year it will be repaired free of charge. If a piece you’ve enjoyed for more than a year requires repair, Julie will gladly repair the item, and in some cases a small fee for material costs may apply.
